20 Jul The Last Hurrah of the Past
Life is getting better everyday.
Sometimes you have the tendency to see what you want to see instead of seeing the truth or you come up with an interpretation rather than being with the truth. It’s important to get to a place and to have the courage to be honest with yourself about what that truth is.
As an example, maybe you can’t stand to be with certain members of your family or you can’t stand where you work. You need to be honest about it. You have this tendency to take out this rainbow colored brush and paint over everything. Be honest with what doesn’t resonate with you. You don’t have to continually deny how you authentically feel out of obligation or loyalty, or out of a spiritual belief that that is the thing to do.
We are becoming aware of everything we need to be aware of inside of ourselves, or we are experiencing the depth of connection. Being in this infinite, loving light and presence that you are can be intense to the degree of which you have pushed it away. Sometimes being in the intensity of the past can also be hard. You just have to smile and breathe and not be so dramatic about everything anymore.
When you finally come into acceptance, and stop fixing, healing, changing and improving, then your life will flow. Fixing, healing, changing and improving is resistance and it invalidates the perfection of your design. Acceptance is so necessary as it relates to being a human being because acceptance is the key that opens the door. Welcome whatever comes up into your heart and in that heart, you are free.
Rest in the awareness of your breath for a living meditation.
